*Any location farther than 20 miles from business's set location (near Alton, IL) will add an extra $1.00 per mile (if you are over 50 miles from me, there is an automatic $50 travel fee and then $1 per every 2 miles after that).
*Prices reflect travel, set up, and take down of equipment but does not include tip. (Tips are not expected but very much appreciated)
* Please give 12 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment. When canceling becomes an issue, payment will need to be received prior to appointment.
Prices are being re-evaluated and will be updated in January 2023. As the world has changed, I too, must change with it. Clients who hold unfinished packages will not be affected.
Lymphatic Drainage
Hayley is double certified in Lymphatic Drainage and has 4+ years of experience. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
I mainly work with clients recovering from body enhancement surgeries and can offer references if requested.

Therapeutic Massage
My therapeutic massage offers an array of techniques built to suit your needs. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. This can be described as a mixture of Swedish Massage combined with firm pressure, mixed with Myofascial Release work and stretching. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. If you are ready to unwind and rejuvenate Therapeutic Massage is for you.
*90 minute massage is recommended for maximum benefit
*Soft Touch Massage Therapy is also included in the Therapeutic Massage category, it is a basic Swedish Massage with much lighter pressure geared towards patients recovering from cancer. It is offered at a discounted rate of $20 off for clients currently going or recently having gone through cancer treatments.
Chair Massage Event
Entertain your guests with a chair massage at your next party!
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home, at your workplace, employee appreciation day, health fair, family get-togethers, spa parties, concerts, and more! You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location, you only have to provide the required space to practice. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
*Price reflects per therapist, per hour. As always, discounts will be added the more hours you book, depending on the event.
*Depending on the number of massage recipients, Hayley's Haven may be able to provide more massage therapists to work the event.
